Flowing Yellow Fabric

To the Caregiver Who’s Burned All the Way Out

You’ve poured and poured and poured.
Into aging parents. Into fragile children. Into sick partners. Into broken systems.

You’ve done the midnight Googling, the meal prepping, the appointment juggling.
You’ve advocated, anticipated, and absorbed every need but your own.

And now?

You are tired.
Not just physically—*existentially.*

You wonder who you are outside of their pain.
You wonder what it’s like to wake up without someone else’s crisis in your hands.
You wonder if you’re even allowed to want something more.

This retreat is for the caregiver whose soul is threadbare.
Who has given beyond reason.
Who has no more casseroles or comfort or coping left to give.

You are allowed to stop here.
To put it all down.
To let someone care for *you.*

Your worth is not in your usefulness.
Your goodness is not in your sacrifice.

You are allowed to exhale.

And we will be right here, reminding you:
You matter. You matter. You matter.
