To the Woman Navigating Menopause

You were told this was the beginning of the end.
A fading. A drying up. A slow disappearance.

They didn’t tell you the truth.

Menopause isn’t a death sentence.

It’s a threshold.
A sacred unraveling of what no longer fits.
A becoming.

Yes, your body is changing.
Yes, some days are hard.
But you are not broken.
You are being distilled.

This is the time when clarity rises.
When your no becomes holy.
When your wisdom sharpens and your softness deepens.

When you no longer bend to be palatable.
When you stop apologizing for taking up space.

Menopause isn’t the loss of womanhood.
It is the arrival of your full power.

Let this retreat honor that.
Let it bless the heat, the emotion, the wildness.
Let it hold your grieving and your emerging, both.

Here, you are not “too old.”
You are just right.

Come be witnessed. Come be held.
Come remember that this chapter is not your ending—

It’s your becoming.
